270labs is the freelance work of Travis Stone.
I am employed full-time as the webmaster for Wild Planet Entertainment, a San Francisco-based toy-maker. I've been in the position since July of '09. Prior to that, I was an associate developer with POP Interactive, also in SF. I've also worked for SHN, the largest independent producer of musical theater outside of New York, where I was the web marketing coordinator. In a past life, I was the Transportation Manager for the Burning Man Event. In other lives I've been a sound engineer, studio install tech, glass caster, mill-worker, bouncer and actor.
My philosophy is simple: Do good work. I strive to address problems before they arise, and enjoy finding new ways of using familiar tools. I am primarily involved in the web/video/audio spectrum, but am also versed in print and branding campaigns as well. Motion graphics, animation, music composition, copy-writing and video/audio editing are some of my many additional interests.
